These were panel interviews with multiple level 3 managers in the org including a case study. these interviews are one on one and span multiple 30 minute meetings throughout the day. There was a phone screen with your recruiter and the manager you would report to before this.

Divided in two sections, first part is personal questions and past experiences, second part you have to answer some real life problems the company might be facing and share how you would deal with the situation
The Recruiter called me on the phone. She was super rude and disinterested. Inbetween the interview she kept my call on loud speaker and I heard she and her other collegue laughing. I will never apply for Wayfair again and have told many others in my network about my experienced with the company. They are know to either reschelde your interview or to have to take there rasist attitude.
