Interview
The interview process was very simple. I met with the HR person and then with the individual who oversees the Customer Service area. The questions were straightforward and simple (nothing a little preparation won't have you ready for). I was introduced to the benefits of the company and given a brief tour.

the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Interview
Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
