Met Wayfair at college recruitment fair. Was contacted later for phone interview, then asked to visit Boston office. Was interviewed by two groups of 2 people, 2 in the department I was interviewing for, 2 for a different department. Every interview consisted of a case question with relatively simple math, then extrapolating what the numbers actually meant. The last group did not explain their case very clearly and it was difficult to understand what they wanted me to respond with. Otherwise, pretty simple interview.
