Very long interview process. Made it to final round. Seemed like a lot of people still in the pipeline. Inefficient. At one point, there is an assignment. The final round was with the CEO and it was odd experience.

Mostly asked about relationship management experience and did not dig into business development or sales side of the role.

Phone screen with HR and then with one of the "partners." Pretty simple stuff.
Until the hey... we'd like you to answer some questions in written format. But don't worry worry "We have heard stories of organizations that just take assignments like these and use them for the organization’s benefit. We don’t do that. If we do see a great insight, we’ll reach out to talk about it." That should have triggered my Spidey senses, but hey... you do what you do.
Answered the questions, They took about a week or so to respond that we're not moving forward.
