Probably the worst experience I've had. Its been over a month and I haven't received any word from Ward about my application with them. The first process of the interview involved going into the office, typically this can be done over a skype call in any normal organization. The person who was interviewing me had clearly very little modern penetration testing experience, he is still in the age of basic XSS and sql-injection. Office is quite nice, there is a canteen(Where you will be waiting on the interview).
Based on what is the approach of the company towards the candidates I would stay away, it's clear that their main asset is the skillset of their employees and sadly they haven't shown me as a potential employee any respect or will to get to know me better.
