The whole recruitment process was a bit hectic and felt quite ad-hoc. The process would have benefitted from better organisation and more professional communication with candidates throughout. The full scope of the process was not communicated up front and the number of interviews and pre-interview tasks was disproportionate to the level of seniority and responsibility of the role.

I submitted an application for this job via email and received an interview offer a few weeks later.
On the day I was sent a written exercise to complete, then my interview took place immediately afterwards via Zoom. Everyone on the panel was very friendly and encouraging.
