The interview process started with a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that I was scheduled to come in. the interview took about 3-4 hours. Every 30 Minutes someone else from the team came in to interview me. The last person to come in was the hiring manger. In the end the job was put on hold, then canceled. :(

Interview
Was very fast, HR not very helpful but the VP's were very nice. At Disney Hr is just the very first step, often they don not fully understand the position so be nice to them and get your answers from the VP you'll interview with.

Phone interview with a recruiter, then two rounds of in-person interviews on separate days. First was with the Director to whom the job reported, two peers, and another internal staff member with whom the position would interact. The second round was with the Director again, his SVP boss, another peer, and two more staff members.
