I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (United States)

    Interview

Interviewing was over a span of a couple months. Started off with a few individual interviews and then an assessment for the final round. Overall I met great people and the recruiter was consistent throughout the process but it has literally been 2/3 months since the final round and haven’t heard back which is kind of ridiculous. Why have people interview for that long and then leave them in the dark or ghost them?
