We called employees that have applied for position we asked them are they still interested in the position if they say yes we will set up a interview for them to come in.
Resume and in person interview and then further process and then all paper work process. Training starts off and computer trim too then that’s all for interview process and then position starts off

Was asked about my job history and what I enjoyed most about each position. Asked me to prioritize various tasks from high to low. Then went through a scenario and asked for to state what I would have done differently than the associate in the position.

Your supervisor has paged you twice. Is this a high, medium, or low priority?
I had three interviews. Each store is different someone might have less interviews then I had. The three interviews were easy. My biggest advice is just be yourself. Your last interview would be the Store Manager which went by fairly quickly.
