I worked at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great discounts, wonderful team, I got my hours!

    Cons

Very, very hectic, defective registers and scanners.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the tools so that staff can be more efficient. Have washrooms cleaned every half our due to the heavy traffic in the store. Desist from taking returns that were not purchased at Walmart, customers have become comfortable knowing that we take back everything and that is not right! Continue to train staff...hands on training. Train Managers on how to deal with employees, a lot of Managers at Walmart do not possess good Human Resource skills.
