WalmartEvery year associates from across Canada gather in Toronto for our annual Year Beginning Meeting (YBM). It’s an opportunity for us to celebrate last year’s highlights as we look forward to what’s to come! At each YBM, we present outstanding associates with awards celebrating their achievements from the past year. We’ll be spotlighting some of our winners here in the coming weeks. First up: Store Manager Maude St Jean and store 3002 in Comeau, QC, winners of our 2022 Community Giving Award! This award recognizes stores that have made a positive impact in the communities they operate, including their performance in fundraising campaigns. Store 3002 surpassed its fundraising goals for all four of our national charity partners this year! Walmart Canada’s four charity partners are Breakfast Club of Canada, Canadian Red Cross, Food Banks Canada and Children’s Miracle Network. A huge thank you to Maude and all associates at store 3002 for your inspirational and outstanding support of your community!
