I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Evansville, IN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Three person panel and they take a question each. They only have about 8 questions and then ask if you have anything to ask them. They do want you to display a good understanding of cash knowledge.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
