I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Saskatoon, SK) in Aug 2021
Interview
Arrived and was directed to a room with the hiring manager and four other applicants(not necessarily there for the same position as you) and we’re all asked to introduce ourselves. From there we’re all asked a series of questions which are answered individually by each person. Next we were told to wait for their decision in another area before being brought back into the first room once selected to be hired.

Question 1
If you are in the midst of opening your register and three customers approach at the same time from different directions; one person has a cart full of items, one person has a crying baby and one has only two items; in what order do you help them and why?
The interview is normally just one and it is an in person interview relatively easy and asks basic questions. Go in person, had a group interview but it was one manager asking one question.
