A one to one interview beginning with ‘tell me about yourself’, then three questions based on partner behaviours then a scenario based question. After they asked for more information on my availability.

How would you deal with a customer if they made a complaint about an off product?
They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
