Group interview where you talk through scenarios and how you'd solve issues, followed by a one on one interview. None of the questions were to difficult. Offered job a week later.

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
