I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Oxford, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
There was supposed to be a group assessment but the person responsible didn't turn up, so all I had to do was the interview. Interview was very fast, very nice interviewer. I was asked for a copy of my CV after I presented it, so I'm sure it helps in your application.

Recall a time you introduced a positive change to your workplace or school.
Recall a time where you had to problem solve with someone with an entirely different personality.
Smooth, 1 stage interview. Group setting and we all answered questions to the best of our abilities. Really enjoyed the process as it was seamless and very fun. Really had a good time chatting with others.
Easy and very friendly. You do a group work task and then an individual interview. They focus mainly on situational questions to see how you problem solve and reason.
I got the job 2 days after the interview and I didn't think I done too well.
Friendly and relaxed one on one interview. Nothing too hard in terms of questions if you have done a little company research, and have some examples from previous employment where you can show examples of showing key skills needed in most jobs.
