Interview
There was a one to one at first where the manager asked regular interview questions and then there was an activity to do with 6 other people where you had decide what to do in different situations. The manager was very relaxed, kind and easy to talk to. But the group activity was a little tense as no one knew each other and there was a lot of pressure to speak up.
They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
