Interview where u have to assign particular jobs to partners that work for waitrose its all

Explain a time u dealt with a difficult customer?
Can u tell me about a time u has to do something differently to what u would normally do and how u reacted to that?
Can u tell me about a time u made a mistake and how u learnt from it?

Interview
Applied online and got invited for an interview a couple days later. It was a group assessment with 5 other people. Simple tasks where we had to work as a team to create a presentation for the managers, make sure to speak up or you won't be marked, this lasted 20 mins, after I did a 1on1 interview which lasted 20 mins
