Completed the online judgment and personality tests. Asked to attend an interview at the branch. 1-1 interview where the recruiter went through a question booklet. Really friendly and heard back in 3 weeks.

Group based question asking to prioritise the order of tasks
Well structured and flexible: few questions about how to deal with difficult situations and how to deal with team work. Tasks required are mainly focused on show how you can organize stuff.

Was given a case scenario during the interview and how i handle each situation, in steps. The overall interview was 30 minutes long, they replied in 3 days offering me the job!
