WPI Verizon Wireless interview questions

The job interview process was pretty standard, Typical 'what is your greatest achievement/ what is your greatest weakness' stuff. But don't think that just because the interview lasts a long time that you will get the job! My interview lasted over an hour without even a call back.

The interview using the STAR format. S-Situation, T-Task, A-Action, R-Results. The thought is that past behaviors predict future behaviors. All questions are asking for a specific time that you encountered a certain situation. The part that most people miss is providing specific details to the steps taken to resolve the concern, showing the thought process used to resolve the situation
