I applied online. I interviewed at WEBeDoctor (Brea, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. Was then asked to join the ceo/manager in their office for the interview. The first set of questions were your regular "what kind of experience" or "what would you do" type's that most interviews consist of. The second set of questions got more personal and I wasn't even sure if I was supposed to answer them like I did. Another employee was asked to join us at the end and the manager said he wanted to see if we would "get along"? Very bizarre and the other employee was confused as well. Was "hired" on the spot. Filled out an additional application and when I was asked to provide my ID the manager/ceo saw that it was just a regular CA-ID and not a driver's license. He said that the previous person was not able to get to work on time because they didn't have a vehicle. I told him transportation was not an issue. He then "fired" me on the spot because he felt I would not be "reliable".

Interview
Short and nice, the hiring manager does like educational background. I reassured his that my personal life will not interfere with this position and transportation will not be an issue with me.
