I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WANDR in Feb 2026
Interview
Pretty obscure. They reach out to you and ask you to complete your profile on the Strider platform, but without asking for your CV. They ask you to manually fill out all the forms that the platform has (you can’t upload your CV to auto-fill the fields). And then they NEVER reply!! They just ghost you.

Interview
They contacted me via direct message on LinkedIn, speaking in a very pragmatic and straightforward way, which I appreciated. They reached out with a proposal and asked if I could answer 5 questions about my profile (they didn’t even ask for my CV). I did so. Then they asked me to complete my profile and do a “challenge” in English, telling me that the client was in a hurry and that as soon as I finished it, they would reach out with the next step. I was about to turn it down because I don’t find it professional when they ask for that kind of thing, but the opportunity was a 100% match with my profile, so I completed it. I let them know via LinkedIn direct message, and they never wrote to me again!! They didn’t follow up, they didn’t reply. In the end, I wasted 3 hours of my time filling out a profile on a platform with information I already had on my CV. They play with people’s time, especially considering they were the ones who contacted me in the first place.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WANDR in Jan 2021
Interview
The whole process took around 3 weeks.
First, I had an interview with HR to validate my professional background and expectations. Second, HR sent me an exercise to be completed within 48 hrs. Kind of a design case with a timeline and some specifications to work on and to build a proposal.
Lastly, 2 rounds of interviews with 2 people from the same team I was applying to, having some discussion regarding the exercise I presented. Just checking technical details and experience.
The process was straightforward and the communication with HR was fluent.
