Overall, the interviews were light, conversational, and focused more on culture and collaboration than on technical pressure. The first round with the Sr HR Manager and Chief of Staff explored my working style, values, and motivation. The second round with a founding team member covered how I think about TA strategically, aligning hiring with business goals, prioritising roles, and using data. The final onsite interview with the CEO was warm and welcoming, centred on culture fit and alignment with the company’s vision.
