The interview process was very smooth and easy-going. I went through a 5 stage interview process (initial interview, technical soft skill interview, technical interview based on assignemt, soft skill interview, offer stage interview). Personally I think the two technical interviews could be combined into one. But regardless, the interviews were quite fun and easy-going,

Interview
Very friendly HR interview, but very weird technical interview. The lead developer seemed very uninterested, and the questions was some memorization questions that is easily answerable if you exactly know the topic. Forced to disable Copilot for live coding session since these memorization questions were easily achievable by simple googling.

Great interview process! Talent acquisition was very helpful and transparent about the process. I was kept updated and briefed ine ach step of the process. Technical assessment was one the best I have ver seen. All interviews was short and properly timed.
