I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Voodoo
The process was mismanaged and confusing. Different departments completely lost in their internal processes. The actual interview with other studio directors, with VPs and managers were fine. But everything leading up to those was confusing. There were over 10 interviews overall (which is pretty insane) only to be told that you are lacking motivation. If motivation to do 10 interviews and 3 different test cases is not enough then im not sure what is. As i have learned later the rejection was mainly based on Voodoo slashing budgets massively. But then it was disrespectful and a waste of my time to keep the interview process going for so long.
- Just everything about previous experience, what i was gonna do in that position, point by point analysis of the test cases etc

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Voodoo
Made it to the 2nd interview, and while I didn't get the position I enjoyed the process in general as well as the quick response in all phases (mostly waited days and not weeks/months for replies). Had a very informal introductory interview, followed by a test which I had a week to complete. Along with the test was a short IQ test. Both tests were challenging but interesting. The (for me) final interview was also a positive experience, with 3 key people asking questions relating to the test and the role. It felt like the process was solid in order to find the right person for the position.

3 steps: HR, Collaborator & Case Study. HR was overall nice but more interested in finding a candidate based to fill the number of applicants rather than finding a skilled talented creative.
- Case Study was not very well explained and revealing that the job itself was really operational and boring.

This was in July 2022 It started with an interview with the Talent Acquisition Rep and the team lead. Questions were about my previous work experience and general career stuff. Then I was sent a test to finish in a week. After that I had an interview with 2 members of the team. They asked questions about the test and a small algorithm test as well. Finally I had an interview with the head of publishing, mostly to see if I would be a good fit. In the end, they said they froze hiring and although I got positive feedback, they wouldn't be moving forward at the time.

I'm very satisfied with the recruitment process. I felt like a professional talking with the professionals. Respectful information exchange and flawless guidance by recruiting team. I would recommend it to each of my colleagues.

Very fast and straightforward process. A general chat first, good summary about the work culture, benefits and the projects overview. Then the technical test (which is quite big and consists of 2 tasks, but it's not something unreasonable. You can probably evaluate how much time you'd need to spend on that and decide if it's worth it). Another follow up interview after the test to ask more about the specifics and after that only a few things to clarify with HR and the manager. The whole process took about 2 weeks in my case, which is probably the fastest I've ever experienced.
- My approach to work and how closely I work/collaborate with the dev department.

Had a call with HR and was sent a use case to study and prepare a document based on the scenario at before the technical round which was the second step and there was a final round with the VP of the company.
- Most of the questions were based on use case, technical and experience related, based on the technical environment. Such as describe about yourself. How do you use patch management? How do you deploy applications to multiple users? Etc.
