Interview
It was very streamlined but also thorough. I was interviewed by the Used Car Department Manager. He asked questions about previous work experience, my career goals, why I'm a good fit for VW, etc. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Question 1
Why do you think you're a good fit here at Volkswagen?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Volkswagen (Milton Keynes, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Formal presentation of your ideas on what strategies to implement in the UK in the future and then STAR questions on behaviours. Zero questions on CV. Great way to get free consultancy? Radio silence after interview despite “intending to make a quick decision”. No response to email into HR department after a month and the interviewing manager after two months for an update. After five months, still haven’t had the courtesy of a response to emails or confirmation that (presumably) didn’t get the job. Very bad manners!

Question 1
Number of STAR questions on dealing with difficult situations and how to resolve, time when ethics we’re concerned, what entrepreneurial recommendations made, how to use data and what have you ever done to assist society or the environment.
