Interview
Screening call, it was a technical screening call with a lead engineer.
In-person culture interview with product and design, questions about motivation, conflict resolution, task management, stakeholder management, and working with others
In-person technical interview with senior engineers, questions around why would choose x given y, do you know what git-flow is (explain) can you explain REST vs other communication methods, whats a hash map, whats the time complexity of these array methods, have you used Ruby, how do you work, what kind of tools do you use?
Overall the interview process was really well mapped out, everyone was super friendly and nothing felt like a trick question.
I didn't take the offer due to my current company going above with more work from home (Vivi is 3 days from the office) to keep me, however, I would have jumped at the chance if not. Maybe in the future fingers crossed.

The software team leader unexpectedly contacted me directly and conducted an impromptu interview without any prior scheduling. While their friendly demeanor was appreciated, the spontaneous nature of the interaction caught me off guard, highlighting the importance of being consistently prepared for such potential opportunities.
