The interview was a multi-step process. It began with an introductory phone call, where they discussed my background and skills. Following that, I was invited for a virtual interview, where we dove into design case studies, and they asked questions about my design process and how I approach problem-solving. I had to complete a small design exercise as well, which was challenging but a great opportunity to showcase my thought process. Overall, the experience felt smooth and professional.
