External recruiter Host Technology reached out with a job description. I replied, got no reply, I bumped the reply 6d later and got a request to call, we talked on the phone for 20m, and he submitted me to Visionable's internal recruiter. That internal recruiter did another phone talk of 30m and referred me to the hiring manager for Verizon's smart ambulance project for a 1h call after which I did a 4h code test to write a REST API in PHP. After 3w of silence, they said the code test wasn't good enough vs their winning candidate who had a perfect test thus perfect PHP skill.

I had 3 interview with Visionable, in last interview one of directors told me that we really like you and I hope you will not get other job what you applied for and than after 4 days got feedback from HR who called me and said that they can’t offer me job because my CV had mistakes!!??
