4 interviews, throughout process. They took the time to get to know me and ask good questions. Felt like a fair interview process with each interview a little harder. One interview consisted of a test on your nutrition education

Question 1
How would you handle a member who is upset about not seeing results?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Virta (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2024
Interview
The hiring team was extremely organized, communicated clearly and in a timely manner. I started with a phone interview.
Next, I was invited to join two, back to back, virtual interviews that lasted 30 minutes each. My first interview was with the director of HR. The second interview was with a Senior Health Coach Manager. The variety was helpful in order for me to ask varying questions about the role.
Finally, I was invited to create a presentation describing a time when I supported my team on improving metrics. The team was clear about the expectations, and I had 30 minutes to present my case study. All the individuals who I interviewed with were present and thoughtful with their questions. They were prompt with communication after each step, which helped us move quickly. This was the best interview experience I've navigated so far!
