I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Virgin Empire (Rochester, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
You apply online, the Recruiter calls you to set up an interview. She was very pleasant and professional. Once you get there you see this nice looking office. When I go there there were others waiting. Each met for like 10 minutes or so. When it was my turn, I met with guy who didn't even introduced himself. He didn't talk about the position and his questions were irrelevant. He compliments everything you say and you can tell he is not really listening. To this day I had no idea what the position requires. I do not recommend this company is it seems misleading and disorganized.

Interview
The interview was just a meet and greet in the first round of interviews. I was given the location and details in an email after being called and setting up the interview with a receptionist. Once i reached the location, I was directed to the floor by the security guard on the first floor. On the fifth floor, I walked into the suite, with glass doors, and was greeted by a receptionist. He asked what business I was there for and gave me a form to fill out before directing me to the various chairs available for me to sit in. There was only a handful of other people there, two of whom came in after me. After completing the form I gave it to the receptionist. There was a tv playing cnn live and the office itself looked very professional, while still comfortable and welcoming. After two people going before me, the hiring manager came out and introduced himself to me. We went to his office, where someone I believe was an hr employee watched the interview. The interview was casual and laidback with the hiring manager asking easy questions that were gauging more of my plans rather than my past experience or knowledge of the field. I will now be going back for the second round of interviews.
