The only company that provided specific feedback in their rejection letter. The job description wasn't clear enough though; had it been that, I wouldn't have bothered to apply in the first place.
I applied online. I interviewed at Vinted (Vilnius) in Apr 2026
Interview
Team leader interview, take home task, try-out (presentation). The try-out is more of just reviewing the homework and getting challenged with questions, instead of actually trying out for the position equally - both with the team and your homework.

Question 1
What would you do if you had no-one to consult on a difficult case.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vinted in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process included three rounds and a substantial homework task, which was presented in the final panel interview. The process took three months. Every person I spoke with was genuinely warm and engaging. The team came across as passionate about what they're building.
Unfortunately, the process itself let things down and communication from the recruiting side was inconsistent throughout. I found myself chasing for updates after each stage and after completing the final interview, I didn't hear a word despite chasing. No outcome, no feedback, no indication of decision timelines. Being ghosted after investing time to interview genuinely disappointing, and doesn't reflect well on the organisation's hiring process, which can also be seen from other interview feedback on Glassdoor.
I'd encourage Vinted to invest in both the pace and communication of their hiring process. Candidates are committing real time and energy to the process, closing the loop, regardless of outcome, is the bare minimum. The people and the product are clearly great and it's a shame for the candidate experience to leave a different impression.
