      Cons

      Poor leadership and constant reorganizations every six months create a very unstable working environment. Open communication is not genuinely encouraged or supported, which makes it difficult for employees to feel heard or valued. It also seems that employees based in the Lithuania HQ have significantly more opportunities for growth and receive much stronger support compared to teams in other locations.
