The whole process overall was wonderful and friendly. The interviewer tried their best to make you remain calm and collected, or so you can say. They are very kind people. The interview itself however is not as easy. They mainly target your knowledge about furniture industry (since it's their field of business) and your management skills. In addition, they also check on your language skills since it's strongly preferred that you know at least 2 languages working there.
