Viedoc Technologies interview questions

Started off with an online application and got a reply back within a week to interview with the direct manager. It was stated that the interview would be a 4-6 week process. That first interview went well and I really enjoyed the questions, and atmosphere, I got moved onto the next round of interviews during that call. I was asked to also take a personality assessment, which took about an hour to complete and I did have to have another 45 minute interview to go over the results. I also interviewed with an executive, which also went well. After being told that I'd be interviewing with the CEO as the final round, I reached out to schedule after some silence and was met with a "there was a delay in scheduling but we will reach out next week". I followed up a few more times to get that scheduled and never received any word back. After putting a lot of time and effort into their process, it was disappointing to see how little they ended up caring about canidates.

Interviews with Global head of the department, Team lead and HR. Personality and IQ tests prior to HR interview. Friendly, professional and welcoming athmosphere all through and felt more like a professional discussion.
