Interview
One-way video interview, followed by an assessment centre which included three group activities followed by a brief in-person interview. Following this there was a meet and greet with senior staff members, which I did not progress to.

Interview
The interview lasted around 45 minutes. In the first half, the interviewers introduced the division and asked a mix of behavioural and technical questions. In the second half, they invited me to ask questions. The interview panel included two managers from the division and the hiring manager.

They asked me to explain how I handled a challenging audit engagement, including how I managed deadlines and coordinated with the client and team.

Interview questions given prior to interview. Case study also given for written assessment task. 45mins. Very clinical, no real interest in getting to know you. Just ask the questions which you have already been given a copy.
