I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
Handed in my CV to a manager at the store on a weekday, immediately got an offer to come in for a group interview a few days later. Interviewed with two other girls and two managers. After the first interview, I was kept behind and was told that the general manager would call me the next day to schedule another interview. Never received the call and called the store twice to see what was going on (still didn't receive a call back). Finally, about a week and a half later, I received the call and was asked to come in the next day for an interview with the general manager. It was a one-on-one interview. I was asked about 7-8 questions and was then told that someone would contact me in 3-4 days to let me know if I had gotten the job. Received a call about 5 days later offering me a position as a sales specialist at PINK.

One-on-one interview: Tell me about your previous job(s). Why do you want to work here? What do you feel you need to work on? What makes you angry? If you are told that you have a specific goal to meet for the day, how do you handle it? Etc..
Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
