Fairly typically interview process where I was interviewed with another person. We were given some background on the location of the store, a little tour and met a couple of employees.

How do I work in a team? Would I be available to work on weekends?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
