group assessment, they give knowledge of the company then split you into smaller groups of 6-8 where you are asked introduce yourself and give an interested fact. they ask usual retail questions. After the small group questions and answers they did a one to one interview with you, where they tell you whether or not you have been offered a job, then ask your availability of hours and other small details.

few simple questions and group tasks friendly and straightfoward. passed and was successful. Flexible hours aswell. Tasks were easy and questions wer easy too. Training was also provided. Availibility was also considered.
