Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.

Easy interview
Application
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview was a group interview with about 10 other people. Everyone was wearing black. They went around in a circle and asked everyone the same question. Most everyone in the group interview was hired because the company has such a high employee turnover rate. As long as you are smiley and are friendly while you answer the questions, you should be what the company is looking for.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
