Interview
it was super easy, i applied on the 21st and got a call on the 26th to set up an interview. It was a group interview with around 12 people. A lot of previous employer based questions. I had 2 interviews back to back and then got a call that I got the job the same day. Then filled out paperwork the next day. For group interviews make sure to try and answer every question, they want people that are outgoing and not shy, they want to hire people that will get sales and that will go up to people. You can’t be shy in retail. Make sure when they leave and say talk amongst yourselves, make sure you try and talk to the other interviewers. There was this one girl who came late, and didn’t talk once, I can tell you right now she didn’t get the job. You have to steal the limelight and make this group interview your own. Also don’t repeat answers you hear, always try and make them unique. Don’t be nervous it’s super easy and afterwards you are going to be like wow that was nothing. Good luck! I know you will do amazing. Oh and one more tip they like it when you dress in the dress code for the interview, so business casual and all black!

Interview
I applied through their careers page and received a confirmation email. The store manager texted to schedule a 30 minute, easygoing in-person interview. Shortly after, I was called and offered the job, with employment forms sent via email.
Interview questions [8]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your previous experiences?
Interview was fairly easy. My hiring manager had me there on the spot for onboarding. Process went fairly quickly, and I was trained shortly after. I started on the week of black Friday which was a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. My hiring manager was kind but some of the other managers aren't as nice.

Interview
I have never felt more disrespected and belittled in an interview in my life. My job history was ridiculed, my character was ridiculed. I’m well above the age of being a minor and I was talked down to as such. My interview lasted a whopping 7 minutes.. I was 10 minutes early… I do not remember the name of the woman who interviewed me, but I highly recommend finding anyone else to interview candidates. She didn’t know how to talk to me without a condescending tone and attitude, and what was expected, schedule wise, of the position was not fully mentioned in the job listing. I filled out the application on Victoria’s Secrets’ website, filled out the availability form online, but still was made to refill it out in person and reiterated my entire job history. The job history I filled out manually on their website, and then attached the file for my resume. Still, I was made to reiterate the last 3 job I had, was stopped before the forth job, and belittled that all I have to show is seasonal work. My interviewer had no want to get to know me or my circumstances. She did not care about the interview process and she treated me like I was wasting her time even though the store had 0 customers at the time. If she was willing to treat and talk to me like that during interview, how would I had been treated after I was hired?
