It was a group interview with 6 people, it was relaxed and about showing off your personality. They were looking for someone who would excel in sales, and mainly asked customer service related questions. I ended up getting the job, received a call 2 weeks later.

When was a time you went above and beyond with customer service?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
