They called me back within a week to offer me an interview. The process was relaxed and it was a group interview. They didn't tell me to wear anything specific but I decided to wear all black like their employees anyways. Everyone there was nice!

Why do you want to work at PINK and what do you have to offer?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
