The interview was quite simple the last time I remember. It was a group interview so you better make sure you choose to answer first just to show some confident.

What is the first thing that you think of when you hear Victoria's Secret?
I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process

What about Victorias Secret makes you want to work for us?
They needed a cashier badly, so the interview was really quick and easy. I had a nice conversation with the shop manager, we talked about my previous experience and availability.
