I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Greensboro, NC) in Sep 2012
Interview
The interview process was done as a group interview before the Christmas Season. The hiring manager would ask a question then going “round-robin” style everyone would have to provide an answer. Hopefully you won’t be selected to go last because everyone needed to provide a unique answer to stand out.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
