Their interview process is very redundant with same set of questions being repeatedly asked in different rounds by different people. The interviewer's don't even tell their name or introduce themselves briefly before starting with the interview over the phone. Questions were mostly around tweaking existing system's design and not about ground up architecture design type questions. The questions as such were not tough, but kind of got a feeling that the interviewer was expecting a particular answer and was not in the mindset to agree or discuss any other possible solutions. More than the questions , their process is very lengthy and not communicative at all, they won't reply to any queries on the status of the interviews unless they want to have the next round and that to only when they desire. The interviewers were from Bombay and I could feel a very different culture on how the calls went, than a typical Bangalore based calls.
