Question 1
I was asked my relevant experience and I have to do a task which was a normal task for this job and I've received a really nice feedback which was really helpful for the future
Unfortunately, my experience was negative due to the recruiter simply ghosting me. While it's perfectly understandable not to be selected during the recruitment process, in today's technologically advanced age, it is truly inexcusable for a company to ghost its candidates. We dedicate time to prepare, arrange our personal commitments, and arrive at interviews punctually, giving our utmost. For a company not to provide any feedback in return is not only impolite but also highly unprofessional. I highly recommend improving your recruitment process moving forward.

Question 1
Can you tell how you supported your client as a customer success manager?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ventrata in May 2024
Interview
The process started off well with a friendly HR screening call, followed by a take-home task that was straightforward. They mentioned they liked my submission, and I then had a technical interview with a backend developer, which was a solid and focused technical conversation. After that, I met with the Head of Engineering—this chat was warm and positive, with strong signals that I’d be a great fit for the team. Everything seemed to be heading toward an offer. Surprisingly, after nearly a month of back-and-forth, I received a generic rejection from HR with no explanation, which felt quite anticlimactic given how well everything had gone up to that point.
