Vendana interview questions

had a quick call today with a recruiter from Vendana GmbH. Although I wasn’t selected to move forward, they’re looking for someone with a higher level of English. I truly appreciated how honest, friendly, and transparent the recruiter was. Even short conversations like this can leave a positive impression. It’s always refreshing when companies communicate clearly and respectfully during the hiring process.

Very unpleasant experience. The interviewer was rude and condescending. Did not understand my questions and made me feel uncomfortable about them. (Probably a language understanding issue since they didn’t understand the meaning of the word repercussions ;()The interview was very strict in structure and she was just reading off of a pdf I believe. Asked me to describe my work experience and experience with languages. There was no communication whatsoever. Too bad they have those people as recruiters.
