Vejle Municipality interview questions

I was invited for an in-person panel interview. The panel consisted of the HR director, the future direct supervisor, and a senior project manager currently overseeing municipal projects. They asked detailed questions about my past project management experiences, my approach to overcoming specific challenges, and ability to work within the regulatory and stakeholder landscape of municipal projects.
