I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Fayetteville, NC) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview process for Vector Marketing was a good experience. According what I know about interviews, their hiring and interview process was pretty textbook. I was contacted by the office and scheduled an appointment. Due to some last minute emergencies I had to reschedule, and it was no hassle to reschedule. There were two interviews, the prescreening interview and the actually interview. Overall the interview was easy, nothing to sweat; long as you had the potential drive to do what it takes to be a Cutco Sales Representative you were in good shape.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. In other words, why should I hire you?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
